I believe you, OP! The mini ones are pretty often around 25 grams. They are very fluffy and weigh surprisingly little. With about 350-450 kcal pr 100 gr. 111 isn’t unlikely.

I hate when the chocolate inside is cold and solid in a single bar. Warm it up for 5 min at low temp, it’s a game changer when the chocolate liquifies and becomes gooey as it was intended to be eaten.

OP unfortunately flaky pastry is mostly butter so there’s no way that pain au chocolat is less than 300 cals 😭
