Stuffed Grape Leaves

Ingredients:

200 ml Olive Oil
450 grams Rice
3 Onions
15 grams Tomato Paste
9 grams Dried Mint
4 grams Red Pepper Flakes
2 grams Black Pepper
Salt to taste
Instructions:

Sauté onions in olive oil.
Add tomato paste and cook until fragrant.
Stir in rice and cook until slightly translucent.
Pour in enough boiling water to cover the rice mixture.
Once the water is absorbed, remove from heat.
Stir in dried mint, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt.
Place a layer of grape leaves in the bottom of a pot.
Fill each grape leaf with the rice mixture and roll tightly.
Arrange the stuffed grape leaves upright in the pot.
Pour 300 ml boiling water over the grape leaves.
Drizzle with 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
Cover the pot with additional grape leaves.
Simmer until the liquid is absorbed and the grape leaves are tender.
Tips:

For a more authentic flavor, use grape leaves that have been brined or pickled.
The cooking time may vary depending on the type of grape leaves used and the size of the rolls.
Serve hot or cold as a main course or side dish.
