    🍐🍐🍐 mi querida familia,una mermelada de peras, pastelitos de masa hojaldre rellenos con queso ricota,se veía muy rico,,, Ruslán eres un gran chef,,le hubieses agregado agua tibia al cusco ( trigo) asi sede mas mi madre le agregaba carne pulpa de res y lo amasaba con las especies y ajo triturado y menos picante lo dejaba reposar para que se activaran los sabores y lo consumíamos con aceite de Oliva y cebollinos,,( es parecido al kibbe pero crudo) gracias familia un abrazo ❤❤❤❤❤
