Only “diet” ingredient is the pita but I literally can't even tell that it’s a “healthier option” than a regular pita. I always warm it up quickly in the toaster oven and it’s 🤌

11g also might seem weird or specific for measurements, but this is just the weight these turned out to be when I threw on as much as I thought was appropriate for the size of this pita pocket/as much as I wanted. I also sometimes cut the pita in half so I can open it up and get two smaller, actual pockets!

    I looooooooove falafel, and Trader Joe’s, but haven’t tried theirs. It’s the frozen ones right? They’re good?
