Still TBD if this is a good idea… but pretty easy. Battered cod, smashed baby potatoes, and plain horrible peas.

I absolutely love fish and chips, but not so sure about a week of soggy leftover fish.

Hope it works! Will be waiting 4 your update.

    (I’m with ya – I’d ditch the peas😜)

I would probably have opted for grilled over batter fish for this one.

You can put battered fish in the oven and it comes out crispy again. I’d recommend packing them separate if you go this route though.

Microwaving these at work or dinner prep?

I was wondering how to ask, “Are those peas?! but I’m not color blind; why do they look like that?” in a way that wouldn’t hurt OP’s feelings. And then I read OP’s own words, “plain, horrible peas,” and lmao!

Those aren’t peas. They *were* peas. Did someone put them into a can?

Anyway, bon appétit. I hear the “IDKs” about microwaving leftover fish but I do it (at home, never in the break room). Sometimes I use the toaster oven, when I’m feeling picky and want it crispy.
