    Thank you for including McDonald’s because sometimes a 6 piece is my go to lunch. You def can have a healthy day with fast food! It’s all about balance 🙂

    God bless the small serving of fries from mcd’s: i find it so satisfying, kills the craving for a while and workable within my budget! The pasta looks delicious as well
