Not a pizza story but pineapple food and cyberpunk story. My sister and I have this ongoing joke that the Maelstorm gang likes Pineapple on their burgers, as the real life Power plant their base is inspired by is across the street from a restaurant called the Lil Hut, which serves a good burger called the Kahuna, which is beef, cheese, pineapple and teriyaki sauce.
