I’m trying to use them up. I made a hot sauce this weekend and while it’s very tasty it’s also very hot lol. Sad part is I cut the number of habaneros down by 25% removed the seeds from half of those and it’s still almost too hot. I don’t know what I’m gonna do with the ghost peppers.
