these are my favorite tasty meals that take 15 mins or less !!

slide 1- strawberries with chocolate and peanut butter for sugar cravings.(always hits the spot )🍓

slide 2-mashed avocado, ground beef, my homemade salad and some sweet potato 🍠

slide 3- my homemade salad 🥗 kale, spinach, chickpeas, black beans, feta, red onion, sprouts, tzatziki.

slide 4- strip steak, half a bagel with cream cheese, my salad 🥗 and an apple.

slide 5- morning star spicy black bean burger 🍔, sweet potatoes, bell pepper and some ranch ❤️

slide 6- salmon 🍣, garlic couscous, sprouts, italian vinaigrette, cottage cheese with mustard.

slide 7- brazilian stew
rice, tomato paste, stew meat, carrots, potato’s, cilantro

these are some fun easy meals that always fill me up and also made me feel great! also not pictured

cottage cheese + cinnamon + drop of vanilla extract = protein almost rice pudding.
