I loved this one! I picked this and the English cottage pie for the Olympic selections. We had some fresh zucchini from our garden that I roasted along with the carrots
I managed to cook while also in a meeting for an hour, I forgot to time the pork and carrots which is why they are black and not too many (RIP the rest) but overall it was great. I liked the sauce a lot

The meal overall was good, though the sauce (which I doubled with ingredients on hand) was just ok, but I did forget to add the butter to it at the end
