I’ve been fixated on the viral tik tok pizza protein bowls and my brain keeps thinking up different combinations to try with cottage cheese now. Today I tried this buffalo chicken bowl. I basically blended the cottage cheese (to make it a little less lumpy, this part is totally optional) then mixed the ranch into the cottage cheese. Then added the chicken and the buffalo sauce. Tossed in the air fryer (370 for about 5 minutes) then topped with the cheese and back in the air fryer for about 3 more minutes. It’s basically buffalo dip you can eat with a spoon. 10/10 will make again.
