If I got two tostadas and just turned one on to the other it is a Mexican pizza but two pizzas is a sandwich then what if I stack two burritos with a hot dog in the middle or smash a burger on to pizza crust in between two croissant while juggling chainsaws?

Having these stacked during cooking (which this appears to be) makes me think this probably isn’t going to be all that good, even for what it is. The top pizza’s bottom crust is getting all the crisp rather than the cheese and toppings. I imagine the ‘interior’ portion is going to be all soggy and under cooked and the extra crispy crust is going to be annoyingly dry. Simply cooking them normally and then stacking them as a sandwich for serving would probably improve it greatly.

you might be on to something if you use taco beef and press it inside a quesadilla maker for it to be super thin.

I mean id totally inhale that. I remember in college back in the day, I was super crossfaded and hungry as fuck, all I had was some Texas frozen toast and some marinara sauce, some shredded mozzarella and pepperonis in the fridge. Ended up making a “grilled cheese” 5 cheese Texas toasts as buns some marinara and pepperoni and some extra minerals between them. Turned out amazing. 10/10 munchie or drunchie food.
