I can’t imagine summer without pasta salads. I want to show you my Mediterranean version. Using all the ingredients that would go into a traditional Caprese salad (tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and some oregano), I add cooked pasta to create a very festive summery pasta salad. It’s perfect for a picnic; a backyard barbecue; an appetizer; a pasta course; or a side dish for any grilled poultry, meat, or fish.
