    * Cheese Flavor: Tasted like mozzarella with tiny taste of seeds
    * Meltiness: Great melt and and even better stretch
    * Overall: 9/10 Amazing! Great tasteand perfect saltiness. The seeds did add a bit of extra taste but not a significant amount.
    * 17 days left!!!

    I am sending this post to my Armenian boyfriend! This is such good cheese – but I’ve never had a variety with seeds in it – I want to try it now!

    I could see this being good with a nice Italian sausage.

    I just ate some flatbread with Armenian cheese and nigella seeds for lunch, such serendipity! But also so good, could see it as a good grilled cheese.

    call me crazy here, but have you done like, Kroger medium cheddar? Ya know similar to the Olympics, would be nice to have a comparison to us common folk lmao

    Ooh! This cheese has been on my wishlist for a while. I’m glad you included it in your project!

    As a kid I had this cheese with an Armenian bread usually made around Easter called choereg and it was amazing. Glad to see it goes well in a normal grilled cheese
