    Edit duh I’ve been off all day. Got on the elevator at work first. Then some coworkers got on and we missed our floor cause I didn’t hit the button like a dumbass

  2. I’m waiting on my poblanos, first time withthese.

    I had an early one which I broiled in the convection oven… it was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted!!!

    Super underrated due to low heat, but heat is everything.

    I’ll roast the rest when they’re ready and use for topping burgers and sandwiches.

    Your poblanos are beautiful. Mine only produced 3 peppers and then just won’t give me anything else this year. Hoping to get a harvest like yours next year!
