    * Cheese Flavor: Smokey, flavorful and a bit spicy
    * Meltiness: Great melt with gooey stretch
    * Overall: 9/10 First bite I thought it was going to be a 10/10 but the more I ate the more forward the Smokey taste was. If you’re a fan of smoked Gouda then I’d definitely recommend this. Wish I could’ve tasted the hatch chili peppers more.
