I’m hitting my protein goals (but not fats??). I’m just not a big eater it seems. I kept waking up so full and bloated from trying to cram to 1500. I’m trying harder to hit my fat goals (nuts, mayo, avocado, fish, cheese, oil) but still seem to not be able to get enough in rotation some days.

I’m 29, 175cm, and 62kg. Today for breakfast I had my collagen protein powder, and a babybel, then for lunch I had homemade chicken veg stir fry with half a cup of cooked rice, then by dinner time I wasn’t very hungry so i had fish and veg and skipped on the rice.

Is it okay to end a day like this? I COULD keep eating, but I’m a recovering bored-binge eater so I’m trying to behave.

also to add: i know being 62kg i shouldnt be trying to lose weight, however i have no muscle built at all (trust me) so therefore its just all midsection fat. im slowly building muscle while working with EDS.

Having days here and there like that can be treated like a fast but doing it on a regular basis is asking for a big bored binge out at a later date. Keep calories as consistent as you can and you’ll be less likely to fall back into bad habits.

GIven your goal is to gain muscle, this isn’t ideal.
