Heya, bought this rice but have no idea how to cook it. I’ve translated the back but it’s just ingredients and storage instructions. Do I have to soak first? I have a MiniPanda rice cooker which has a brown rice function, but want sure if these grains needed extra prep. TIA!

    Definitely soak first. It looks like there might be red beans, etc in the mix as well so you might want to soak for like 2 hours.

    I think they also mix it with white rice afterwards but I’m not 100% sure. I did find a cool recipe on this subreddit when someone else asked the same question…

    Cooked it yesterday. Soaked them for 30 min in water, then added the same amount unsoaked, but washed white rice. Used the rice cooker on setting mixed grains. Came out great.
