Came put pretty good. Probably nowhere near as good as what you guys could do but it was a fun learning experience.

    My dude, that looks exactly like something I might make as a seasoned griller and yours possibly turned out better based on your seasoning!

    Did you need to melt some aluminum prior to grilling chicken? That right side has to be 900F+

    Just so you know, that might also be 162nd time grilling.

    Too much coal. A technique I use is to precook chicken in the oven. Then drain the fat to save a little and add to any sauce I use.
