I cooked a pot roast in my Classic 1. It turned out quite good. For the broth I used beef broth and a bottle of Guinness. The Dutch oven fit perfectly in the accessory rack. Not sure if it’s different/better than using a crock pot, but it was way more fun!
Anything else I should cook in the Dutch oven in the KJ?
