This were soo yummy!!
I cooked these in the oven as it’s too redicz hot outside (AZ) to grill. I also boiled the potatoes a bit so it wouldn’t need as long to cook in the oven, I didn’t want the shrimp to be overcooked. But this was so easy and relatively fast to make.
There was more than enough shrimp for each packet. I actually made two and there was still enough for an equally sized third packet but I chose to freeze the last packet to have handy when I need a quick meal.
I was only slightly disappointed that they sent canned corn. I would have loved to have corn on the cob. Would it have really been that much harder/more expensive to provide corn on the cob??
I forgot that this meal didn’t include sausage (premium version did) and I didn’t have any on hand to add. Not a big deal for me though. I would definitely get this again.

This was soooo good. We will be making it again for sure! Yes, corn on the cob would’ve been better, but the canned corn was good and not too salty so I was happy!
I made it as well and thought it was super fun, super easy, and really good! I did it in the oven as well.
We are having this either tonight or tomorrow! I’m excited.
I currently have this in the oven so I’m looking forward to it turning out well. If they had included sausage, it would have turned into a premium meal because of the two proteins (shrimp and sausage), so I’m glad they didn’t. That might be worth doing on my own at some point, though there already is the premium shrimp and sausage boil meal with actual corn on the cob, though done in a pot

We didn’t boil it but I roasted the potatoes in the oven and cooked the shrimp on the stove. Was excellent.
We got this too and really enjoyed it! Pretty easy to make as well.
Update: it was quite good and very filling
Wow glad you posted! This is not a meal I would have picked, but I’ll keep an eye out for the option in my coming boxes!
I just made this one, too. The nice thing about it is that it’s really easy to recreate on your own, which I totally will do with corn on the cob and sausage
