Breakfast: Egg bites wrapped in chicken bacon
(just blended cottage cheese, 8 eggs, and some peppers and spinach, and put it on top of chicken bacon strips – sooo good!!)

Lunch: Beef Stir fry

    Oh this looks AMAZING!! I’m also in a calorie deficit and always looking for recipes lol. I love a good stir fry; I’m going to try this!!

    Have you tried the Dannon Light & Fit yogurts? I found those through a content creator and was absolutely SHOCKED at how good they taste. 80 calories / 12g protein and they are SO delicious.

    Also: 1/2 cup plain, lowfat greek yogurt + 1 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning = super low cal ranch dip, with ~15g protein. I recommend the Lucerne yogurt for this because that brand’s lowfat recipe is REALLY thick, similar to full fat yogurt.

    I realize you weren’t looking for suggestions but if you’re obsessed with yogurt atm these might be good for you!
