I used one of the Ole Wellness wraps and I think that they’re pretty big, but they just lie flat in a standard pie pan. I had to put it in a glass mixing bowl for it to be able to come up on the sides to make a shell.

    Honestly, I would just make it as a frittata and then wrap a couple pieces of that frittata in a tortilla to eat it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ That way you can also crisp up the tortilla in a skillet and it would taste way better.

    I feel like every burrito/tortilla based anything on the internet is using a tortilla around 3x the size of what I have available in my local supermarkets lol
