So I waited until the last second (forgot about it) to use up a premium reward so I wasn’t left with very many options and I don’t really eat a lot of red meat so this is what I ended up with.

So yes, no green beans on my plate. I hate them! Now that that’s over with…this was just okay. I’m glad I didn’t pay anything towards it. The chicken was just a tad salty. I’m not sure if the combo of prosciutto and the butter sauce? I maybe should have used unsalted butter for the sauce. I’ve made bacon wrapped chicken and never had it this salty but I’ve also never had prosciutto before so I’m not sure if it’s saltier?

I also didn’t use the truffle seasoning. I’m not really a fan of truffle seasoning/ oil and I opened the packet the smell was just too much. I don’t want to smell/eat that. (There’s only been one place where I get truffle fries but everywhere else they’ve been mehh) But the addition of chives was great. I’ve never gotten chives for the mashed potatoes in my other meals before.

All in all, this was okay. I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow and hopefully reheated it doesn’t get even more salty.

    Chives in the mashed potatoes is easily the simplest way to add a dynamic to them that I never knew I wanted…
