I prefer eating only 2 meals a day and find having 2 larger meals to be much more satisfying.

For breakfast: eggs topped with olive oil, campari tomatoes that I seared on the side for flavor, Persian cucumber, and Persian bread topped with like a crème fraiche. The serving looks much bigger in person.

Dinner: A bean soup I make similar to frijoles charros (or at least that’s what I tell myself 🥲😂). Super filling, tasty, and I’ll top with any rice, chicken, avocado, or pico I have laying around that day

I also do a ton of fruit/snacks between meals
