Some of my days are very intentional food wise and well balanced. This was not one of those days, lol.

Breakfast: Protein shake, celsius, chobani flip, and 2 filled twizzlers. 460 cals

Lunch: Mac n cheese and broccoli. 525 cals

Dinner: Green beans straight out of the can and a veggie burger with fat free cheddar and sugar free bbq sauce. 215 cals

Dessert: Fiber one brownie, vanilla bean halo top, macerated strawberries, fat free whipped cream, and sugar free chocolate sauce. 300 cals

Misc: Vitamins. 45 cals

    Oh. And 1/2 a cup nonfat plain greek yogurt with dinner for 60 calories
