Grilled up a pork butt…not really smoking,or grilling…just kept it on the Weber for about five hours. Will finish it in the oven.

    Long period of time on tinfoil not the best option but I understand.

    That’s the definition of smoking, as long as your temperature was under 250ish.
    That’s how I do my pork butts for barbecue.
