I split each into 4 servings (pinwheels are 8 per serving). He doesn’t eat breakfast anymore, but the bowls are eaten around 11am. Pinwheels around 330pm, and fried rice around 730pm. He has pineapples, 2 red delicious apples, & an orange throughout the day. As well as 1/4 cup cashews and blueberries as a snack. When we began prepping in 2022 he was 360lbs, he is now 250lbs.
