Skirt steak is my favorite steak cut and it’s not even close. It’s so juicy and tender compared to every other steak that I try. I’ve never had flat iron steak the so I might try that and looks amazing.

Inside skirt is pretty great but I found a place locally that sells outside and I can’t get enough of it. Outside skirt next to ribeye is my favorite cut of steak, 1a and 1b.
