Preparation
- Wash and dry chicken breasts.
- Wash and dry herbs, and measure out 1 tablespoon of each; finely chop garlic.
- Mix herbs, garlic and oil together in small bowl, and season with pepper.
- Dip the chicken breasts in the mixture, coating well on both sides.
- When it is time to cook the chicken, prepare stove-top grill and cook the chicken on both sides until it is well browned and cooked through, turning once or twice, about 10 minutes.
