Sometimes you just want a fast easy meal to make. This was soo yummy! While the potatoes did take 20+ minutes, this was super fast and easy.
Never once did I think about combining onions, jam and bacon together but somehow this works! Must be the sweet and salty together. Which I love!! One sandwich was definitely enough to fill me up for lunch and still have another for lunch tomorrow. (Other than the onion-y sauce and bacon, I will make the rest of it “fresh”). There isn’t anything I would change about this!
Pretty easy to recreate at home as well. Definitely give this a try!

I made the same thing last night for my family. I didn’t put onions or jam on my kids sandwiches, everyone enjoyed it.
I was excited to get this but they forgot the recipe card- lol. Good thing the app has the cook time button.
