First time making kimchi jjigae. It was very flavorful. Going to wait for the kimchi to become a little more sour next time. Still amazing though!

  1. Here’s a Korean trick for making kimchi jjigae with kimchi that is not sour enough.

    Add vinegar during boiling to your taste!

    Tablespoon of butter takes it to the next level.
    Also add some gochugaru if the kimchi is not spicy.
