    I would only put one of those in a giant pot of chili, and it still might be too much.

    I’ve been making a lot of salsa this year. I recommend roasting your veggies on broil for 25 minutes. It gets a lot of the moisture out and the salsa has a much better consistency. Only roast the peppers for 10 to 15, and turn them half way through.
