I've been eating 1200 3-4 days a week when I have been very sedentary (3000 steps a day), just 40 minutes on this bad boy is 4000 steps at heart rate 90-100 and I could watch YouTube the whole time so I could easily do longer. Hoping this will help me break into healthy BMI because I've been coasting a couple of kilos away for several weeks now

Oh nice! Looks a lot less intrusive than a whole treadmill
Which one did you get? I’ve been debating on one myself
I’ve been considering getting one. I would definitely use it, but it seems like it could be a pain to constantly move. Do you leave yours out or put it away after use? Also wanting to know which one you got because there are so many!!
How noisy is it? I’ve been thinking of getting one but I live in a flat with neighbours below and I’m worried about it making a lot of noise for them.
Does that require a standing desk in your opinion?
I really want one of these. Anyone have a decent site that can ship to the UK? And provide for 150kg? I wanna half that but need some help as I get over my gym anxiety
I’ve wanted one for so long but I work in a cubicle farm and didn’t want to make a bunch of noise. I ended up getting and under desk elliptical but I still wish I could have gotten the treadmill.
I’ve been debating on getting one of these for my camper
I LOVE my walking pad! I spent a little extra for a wider one than average and I’m glad I did, the more narrow ones hurt my ankle a bit.
I have a lot of days where I’m just too tired to go out. It’s humid, the sun is strong and it wipes me out. I often go out, get tired, and feel really sad because I don’t want to Uber home, but I feel too weak. Then I’m spent for the rest of the day. It’s too dangerous to walk at night.
But with the walking pad, whenever my heart rate gets too high or I get dizzy or tired, I just plop back on the couch. Then back up. Air conditioned room. Ice cold water. I can multitask too! Now the outside is just to enjoy, and I’m reaching my move goals.
