This dip is SO easy to make and just as nutritious as it is delicious! Perfect for snacking or serving at your next gathering 🥑

👩🏻🍳INGREDIENTS:
4 ripe avocados (diced)
3 Roma tomatoes (diced)
1⁄4 red onion (large, diced)
5 oz feta cheese
1 tsp garlic (minced, or to taste)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (organic)
2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
1 tbsp olive oil (organic, extra virgin)
Sea salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Parsley (to taste, about 1 tsp.)
👩🏻🍳INSTRUCTIONS:
Simply combine all the ingredients in a serving dish or mixing bowl. I put all my ingredients in the fridge before putting this dip together so it’s nice and cold & can be enjoyed right away. But if your ingredients are not cold, put the dip in the fridge for a little bit to chill after combining everything:)
