Oh, cool. They picked a folding knife, you don’t see that at a dinner setting often. I bet they scrub the inside of that knife after every meal and oil the hinge too. No rust in those layers.

Slate is so common in restaurants in here. A lot of mid to high end restaurants use it.
It’s common in steak house here too. I think it’s fine.
