PIC 2-For the freezer I made a big batch of [chili](https://imgur.com/a/VPfMeFP). We will have one bag probably next week paired with some[ jalapeno cheddar bread](https://www.chiselandfork.com/jalapeno-cheddar-bread/) that I made and froze a few weeks ago., and the other bag will be worked into a meal plan maybe in a few months.
I cooked up a pound of bacon for [fettucine alfredo ](https://thecozycook.com/olive-garden-alfredo-sauce/)that I plan on making soon, the cheeses for that were shredded and frozen a few weeks ago when I found a good sale. I also froze some half and half and bought some chopped spinach to go in that recipe. I have half a loaf of french bread and some garlic butter in the freezer as well.
Next up, I shredded some cheeses for [broccoli mac & cheese](https://www.cookingclassy.com/creamy-broccoli-chicken-shells-cheese/) to make sometime in the next month, and while I was at it, I shredded some cheeses to make quesadillas in the event that my meal planning leaves us with an open day and nothing planned for dinner. I have pulled pork and buffalo chicken in the freezer that would make for some excellent quesadillas.
I bought too many onions so I diced and froze them.
I froze whole milk in 1/2 cup increments using silicon jumbo muffin cups. I only use it for baking or cooking so, buying a half gallon when I only need a cup is silly. Top right bag is milk that I packaged separate because it wasn’t COMPLETELY frozen so, I thought, lets just put this all in its own bag.
Bottom right is my special treat, limeade frozen in ice cube trays that I like to blend up with some vodka and a splash of blue curacao….I already polished that off lol.
PIC 3-[Strawberry Cheesecake No Churn Ice Cream](https://whisperofyum.com/post/no-churn-strawberry-cheesecake-ice-cream/) I actually made 8 of these little half pints but they were distributed before I took a pic. I sell them to friends, family and co-workers just to cover the cost of ingredients and packaging because I enjoy making it, but it does add $$ to my tight budget.
