Having done this before, you won’t be able to slice it off the spit like traditional pastor.

I tried it but failed miserably at my first attempt. My spicing ratios were waaay off.

The meat is way, way too thick. It should be like 1/4 inch or less.

I once did it with indirect heat but the pork was standing straight up.

Maybe show it after it’s cooked instead of a pile of raw meat.

I did an al pastor last year on a vertical (non-rotating) spit. After slicing the crispy outside I used a torch to brown and crisp the exposed meat over and over until it was all off. Came out really good.
