    the chunks of meat look soo good with the lighting. looks like it’s a bit too oily with some of it on the plate, i’d garnish with sesame seeds/a splash of sesame oil, but other than that looks fantastic

    The big thing with japchae is making sure the amount of seasoning doesn’t leave unabsorbed sauce.
