I find it so interesting to see how others eat and spread their daily calories across the day – so I wanted to share mine 🙂
I'm trying to eat fewer ultra processed foods, so this is everything I ate today, which came to around 1299kcals (probably missed a few calories here and there – like forgetting to log those choccy sprinkles!).
I have been really struggling on weekends recently, especially when I'm spending most of the day at home… so I count not overeating today as a huge win! – anyone else find it much more difficult to stick to calories when you're just lazing about?
