Last year I made a day trip to Verona and ate in a pizza chain called "Berberé Pizzeria". It was the first and only time I had salsa verde and it matched perfectly with the tuna on my pizza. Can someone guess the ingredients since no online recipee managed to capture the taste of it 🙂

    Assuming this is Italian salsa verde then it’s basically parsley, anchovy, garlic, capers, lemon juice (or vinegar) and olive oil. This looks fairly emulsified whereas it’s typically more the consistency of pesto, but a little looser.

    Berbere Pizzeria’s salsa verde sounds divine.. I’m guessing capers, garlic, anchovies, parsley, lemon juice, and olive oil.. did I get close?
