Ah yes, any woman needs 2000calories to survive

Getting in 30k steps is not exessive at all.

(Sadly this will not really impact my weight loss journey 🤣 I wanted to see if I could get 2000tdee after yesterday post.. I treated myself to a smoothiebowl on my walk and had some airfryer fries with loss of peanutsauce and mayo when I came home (patatje oorlog) and some chocolate mousse)

I will go back to my diet tomorrow and continue to lose weight painfully slow on my 1200/1400 calorie diet. Social media dieticians may call it an ED if they want to🤓 I just want my old body back by the end of the year.

    Congrats! You inspired me to check what was my lifetime record, it looks I hit 2100 once with 30k steps. Definitely doable on everyday basis /s.

    I especially love men telling me “don’t eat like toddler, just move more”. I did workout today with my husband, he quit after 30minutes with 470 calories burned, I did 42 minutes and burned 170 calories 🙂

    How does the app accurately tell the amount burned? Do you input ur stats and the app does an estimate? Or is it more general?
