Can't think of much I'd rather be doing then watching the game and firing up the KJ. Tried the foil boat method on this rack, turned out amazing! Dry brined overnight, used Amazing Ribs recipe for rub, and a sweet BBQ sauce for the glaze. This took a little over 3h at 250(ish)

Looking really good. How different do the ends cook with them being outside of the deflector?
