    Flat iron is one of the tastiest cuts. We always cook that one hot & fast. Sometimes directly on chunk charcoal. I’ll have to try it on the smoker.

    I smoked a pork tenderloin on my Louisiana pellet grill last weekend. Marinated in apple juice and honey for about 12 hrs before going on grill. Came out really good.
