Just dropped by first baby back ribs in my newly build 48q 1000w recirculating cooler. So happy to have plenty of room and not have to hack a hole in the lid. Now I can also use my anova in the kitchen for sides or other stuff.

    When I do a rack of ribs, I just cut them in half, put them in two bags, and throw them in my standard container that can do a full tri-tip.
