I have been following the same recipe for a year. Great results. Suddenly, I cannot get any height to my feet. Over mixing? Over whipping?

I know the internet is super obsessed with really tall feet, but honestly these look perfectly fine. If nothing has changed in your technique, maybe check the age of your almond flour or get an internal thermometer to check your oven temp. Both of those could have an effect.

That was happening to me just this past weekend, my over temp was running low. I set it 10* higher and it fixed the problem!

The person whose recipe I’ve been following for over 4 years uses a pizza stone in a lower rack in the oven to help regulate the fluctuations in oven temp. I’ve been doing it for 3 of the 4 years and haven’t had a problem since! Maybe try that and see if it helps at all.
