All of these ingredients have different cook times.

Holy moly that is the most crowded sheet pan Iโve ever seen.
Split the veggies across 2 sheet pans and cook the beef separately.

How long do you put this in the over for? And what temperature?
SourGummyDrops
Shouldnโt the meat be cooked separately?
Gumbercules81
Oh goodness….. You can make that so much better by cooking things separately and using different methods. If you got the time to cut everything that uniformly, you have time to cook everything correctly. That means it’s going to be tough as hell, everything is going to taste the same, and you will be disappointed to eat the same thing Tuesday through Friday because you wanted to say sometime during the weekend

The cool thing about meal prepping is if you don’t care about flavour a whole lot then you can get away with most things and it’s so much easier than managing 2 or 3 different things that are cooking and you don’t have to micromanage fats and salts (13% daily sodium intake for 1/4tsp is fucking insanity and thats conservative). Of course you could make these things better individually and on your own fucking time but alot of people don’t want to deal with that effort or the calories associated with them when baking a whole sheet of shit works. Not everyone sees food as an event and not every one shares taste buds. Stop with the reeeeing already

Thatโs gonna be one soggy pan.

the concept is there but ya some changes could be made to make it better as others have pointed out. i may start doing this tho. you could throw all that in a low carb wrap and have a fajita style lunch at work

30 minutes at 400ยฐ cubes of steak, zero percent chance thatโs good.

This is how I meal prep when itโs 10pm on a Sunday and Iโve been drinking all day. Itโs never very good but at least itโs food. Also I use 2 sheet pans because I know Iโm gonna end up doing this.

I’m all for the efficiency of baking on 1 pan, even if that meat might be a bit tough(maybe salt it beforehand to retain some tenderness), but why did she not apply the spices and olive oil in the bowls so it’s mixed?!
