I thought i overcame this problem when i found out a local bread company made pizza shells and just buy everything and make them myself. More expensive buying each part individually but a better product. Then the regional grocery store went "Nein! Self made pizza is Verboten😒. His company didn't want to pay for shelve space so they got pushed off to the deli.
The funny thing with this is that I have gone to most of these restaurants and I have had an experience like this.
