This is my new favourite menu recently, it’s so filling and flavourful. Yes it is a big dish and I eat it in one sitting, totally guilt-free.

Recipe
1. Chop 250-300g of chicken breast into bite size(sometimes i use ground chicken breast)

  1. Chop up garlic and chillies, if you want the dish to be spicier just use the food blender or pestle & mortar

  2. Wash the kelp noodle, don’t have to boil them

  3. Wash the basil leaves

  4. Get a wok or a pan, fry the chicken a bit, not until fully cooked, add in chillies and garlic (i don’t use oil but you do you)

  5. Season with salt, thin soy sauce

  6. Fry until chicken is cooked

  7. Add in kelp noodle and basil leaves, continue frying until leaves and noodle soak in all the sauce

  8. Serve and enjoy!
