Tonight I show you how to make a quick flavorful Mediterranean chicken breast skillet. The dish is not only great for dates, but it takes less than 20 minutes to make.

Simply Take 4 half breasts which you salt and pepper to taste as you heat you skillet to a medium high.
Then coat the skillet in a light layer of olive oil and begin to brown both sides as seen in the video.

After you have browed the chicken add:
2/3 Cup Chicken Broth
14 OZ of drained Artichoke hearts
1/4 Cup of halved pimento-stuffed olives
1/4 Cup of halved pitted Greek olives
1/4 Cup of Sliced pepperoncini
2 Table spoon. of oregano
1 Table spoon of lemon juice

Bring to a boil before putting a lid on and reducing the heat to a medium low to simmer for 5 minutes.

Great on its own or served over rice. Make sure internal tempter of the chickens is 165 F or 73.9 C
